NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the CANADIAN COLLEGE OF PHYSICISTS IN MEDICINE will be held at the Delta Regina in Regina Saskatchewan, and electronically via Zoom Webinar on June 7, 2024 from 3:00-4:00 CT for the following purposes:
- To receive the financial statement review engagement of CCPM for the financial year ended December 31, 2023;
- To approve amendments to the CCPM Bylaws by special resolution
- To announce new Directors of the CCPM Board; and
- To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.

PLAN FOR YOUR ATTENDANCE: If you are attending in person please join us at the Delta Regina on June 7th at 3:00 PM CT. If you are attending online via Zoom you must pre-register by June 5th at 3:00 PM CT.
The CCPM AGM is an important opportunity for members to participate in the activity of the organization. We hope the virtual model we are using makes it possible for as many members to attend as possible.
